  Rating for a pick up order experience. We have dined before here with decent service and good food (mostly come for the free birthday/anniversary meal), and I was frustrated and disappointed with the service tonight. After calling in an order and being told it would be 10-15 minutes, I finally got my order 45 minutes later... which was wrong (I ordered sweet potato fries) and I sent back. A ridiculous wait time compared to what I was told (if it's busy, say so on the phone rather than have a customer wait over a half hour in the entry), and no offer of discount or anything to make amends prompted the review. Apparently I wasn't charged for the sweet potato fries we ordered, so I suppose we saved a buck or two? Take better care of your customers, please.
