I was greeted by the owner and his wife who were able to create a meal I could eat specific to me. I had a salad that was over the moon great! On a bed of lettuce was fresh pico de gallo topped with grilled shrimp that was so flavorful and delicate like cotton candy. I've never tasted shrimp so light and delicious. The dressing was a creamy cilantro that was drizzled on top making it a BAMM kind of moment. It makes me want to dress up in a crazy costume with a sign on the street corner saying...
